This policy provides information under Articles 12–14 GDPR about our processing of personal data when you use this website or contact us.

2. Processing principles
We process personal data only where necessary to operate the website securely, communicate with you, enter into or perform contracts, or meet legal obligations. We do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
3. Website access and server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system, device information, transferred data volume and status or error codes. The purposes are delivery, stability, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and mandatory security requirements.
4. Hosting through ChatGPT Sites
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Where OpenAI processes visitor personal data for hosting, maintenance, security and support, it acts as a processor under the applicable ChatGPT Sites terms. OpenAI Ireland Limited is involved in processing EEA data.
Processing by sub-processors or transfers outside the EEA may occur. Where required, OpenAI provides safeguards based on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR. 5. Necessary cookies and similar technologies
The hosting and security service may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage access for attack detection, load balancing and secure delivery. These are necessary to provide the service requested by the visitor. We currently use no proprietary analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, tracking pixels or user profiling.
6. Contact and property enquiries
If you contact us by phone, email or post, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence.
The “Prepare property enquiry” form does not transmit data to our web server. Its fields are used only in your browser to prepare a draft in your local email program. We receive the data only if you send that email yourself.
7. Applications
If you send application documents by email, we process them to decide whether to establish an employment relationship, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR together with Section 26 BDSG. If no employment results, application data is generally deleted no later than six months after the process ends unless legal claims, statutory duties or your consent justify longer retention.
8. External Google Maps link
The contact page contains a link to Google Maps; no map is embedded automatically. Only after you click the link does your browser connect to Google, which may receive your IP address, referrer and device information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
9. Recipients
Data is disclosed only where needed for the stated purposes. Recipients may include hosting and IT service providers, email and telecommunications providers, authorised staff and, where legally required, authorities, courts, tax advisers and legal advisers. Processors are engaged under appropriate data-processing terms where required.
10. Retention
We retain personal data only while required for the relevant purpose. Business enquiries are deleted after completion unless they lead to a contract or statutory retention, evidence or limitation periods require further storage. Contractual and accounting records are retained under commercial and tax law.
11. Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Contact office@pakizan.de to exercise your rights.
12. Right to object
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop the processing unless compelling legitimate grounds or legal claims justify its continuation.
13. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 14. Data security
The website is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, although completely risk-free internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.
15. Changes
We update this policy when the website, services used or the legal position changes. The version published here is authoritative.
